Users are typically set-up during the implementation process and passwords assigned. Upon initial log-in, users will be required to change their initial password to a new one that meets password requirements including:
• Must be at least 5 characters long
• Must include at least 1 number.
Users will also be required to provide two custom security questions and answers. Security questions will be used to assist in password reset should a password be forgotten. Security questions should be:
• Questions only the user knows the answer to
• Answers that the user will be able to remember
