Member Enrollment

The Member Enrollment section of Virtual Inventory has been pre loaded with the current patient database. Existing patients can be viewed from the Member Enrollment screen and edited. Member information that can be edited includes: demographic and sliding scale information, updates to eligibility and termination dates. Additionally, new patient cards can be printed if needed.  New patients can be added in the Member Enrollment section.

 

Viewing Existing Patients

1. Access the Search Enrolled Members page by clicking the Member Enrollment tab on the main menu.

2. If not already selected, use the Health Center dropdown to select the Health Center to search.

3. Click on ‘search’ button to view all the members for the Health Center or enter one or more of the following fields to filter the search:

a. Member ID

b. Date of Birth

c. First Name

d. Last Name

e. Social Security Number

f. Division

g. Eligibility Date

h. Termination Date

i. Last Update Date

 

4. Click the "Search" button.

5. The search results grid displays the following information:


6. Click on the <View> link to view the individual member page.

7. Click on the <Print Card> link to print a new card for the member. The <Print Card> link displays the member’s card in a PDF document that can be printed and given to the patient. The patient will need to take this card to the pharmacy to receive the 340B price.

8. Click on <Claims> to filter and see claims for member. The View Claims link allows the user to view processed claims by date for the member to ensure that the patient is filling their prescriptions and being compliant with their wellness plan.

Note: The search results can be sorted by any of the displayed fields by clicking on the column heading.
