Pharmacy Permissions

There are permissions that are traditionally applicable to Health Centers only. These permissions are:

• Create an Order
• Approve an Order
• View Patient Claims
• Utilize Co-Pay Calculator

A Health Center can choose to turn these permissions on for one or more of the contracted pharmacies associated with the Health Center.

To Turn on Pharmacy Permissions

1. Click on Pharmacy Permissions under the User Administration menu.

2. The View Pharmacy Permissions screen displays showing all pharmacies and current permission settings.

3. If needed, use location filter to display pharmacies connected to a specific location.

4. Click Edit to turn on or off the pharmacy permissions.

5. Check each permission box to turn on. To turn on permission for all pharmacies, check the box in the top of the grid.

6. Click Save.
